We loved our stay and will happily return. The hosts took great care of us, Apartment Elsa felt generous and cosy with four real beds and a thoughtful layout. We did not end up using the garden, but it looked beautiful.
Beautiful apartment: tucked away on a quiet street yet only moments from the centre. The kitchen is spacious, the air conditioning is essential in summer, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We reached the old town on foot in minutes and will definitely come back!

Perfect base for hiking the Vienna Woods from Baden. The apartment is large, elegant and tastefully furnished, everything felt brand-new and sparkling clean. Baden’s centre with restaurants, cafés and the train station is just a ten-minute walk.
Fantastic apartments: brand-new, spotless and equipped with everything you need. We especially loved the garden with several tables for eating outside. It is about a 15-minute walk into the city centre.

In 35 minutes to Vienna
Bus line A will take you to Baden train station in about 15 minutes, and from there you can reach Vienna in just 20 minutes – no parking hassles required. Alternatively, enjoy the short, pleasant 11-minute walk.

Want to explore the town spontaneously? Rent e-scooters and bikes right outside the house (ÖBB Wegfinder app required).
Easy check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on arrival day. With your personal code, you can check in as late as you like. Your code is valid until 10:00 a.m. on departure day. Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
Shopping nearby
Two supermarkets for daily essentials - Spar (Vöslauer Straße 34) and Penny (Vöslauer Straße 48) - are a 10-minute walk away. A bakery at the corner of Vöslauer Straße / Trennerstrasse is just 7 minutes on foot.

Secure bike parking

Smoking in the apartments and hallways, as well as pets, are unfortunately not permitted.
Our smart lock lets you check in at any time without a key handover. Before arrival you'll receive your personal access code. On arrival day check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. - even late at night. The code remains valid until 10:00 a.m. on departure day; please vacate the apartment by then and close the door when leaving. Your stay stays safe, flexible and stress-free.
A word about our house
Albizia Apartments are housed in a charming historic villa - similar to a traditional guesthouse, but focused entirely on independent apartments.
This also means individual floor plans, characteristic open-air corridors (Pawlatschen) and, as in many heritage buildings, stairs instead of a lift. If you prefer ground-floor living or want to avoid stairs, we recommend our stylish ground-floor apartments (e.g. Apartment Anja with just two small steps). Apartment Christa is on the ground floor but requires a few steps, so it isn’t step-free. Detailed floor plans and accessibility notes are provided during booking. If you have specific requirements, just let us know!
